Digital Websynation offers web development, e-commerce solutions, SEO, UI/UX design, and website maintenance services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for any project will be agreed upon in a separate formal contract or proposal before work commences.
Unless otherwise stated, Digital Websynation and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Digital Websynation for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
Upon full payment of custom web development projects, the client will hold the intellectual property rights to the finished compiled code and design, excluding any proprietary scripts, software, or third-party assets utilized in the build.
The client agrees to provide all necessary text, images, and other materials required for the project in a timely manner. Delays in providing content may result in project delays. We are not responsible for any copyright infringements related to materials provided by the client.
Our packages include a specified number of revisions or months of support as outlined in our pricing plans. Any additional revisions, feature requests, or maintenance outside the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate or as a separate fixed-price agreement.
Digital Websynation shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the websites we develop once handed over, especially if modified by third parties or due to hosting server outages.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of cancellation by the client, any deposits paid are non-refundable to cover the time and resources already invested. The client will be invoiced for any work completed beyond the initial deposit.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
